HIIT Circuit

Today’s HIIT workout is going to keep your body guessing. Each round is 2:30 minutes long then you get a 1 minute break. Then repeat, repeat, etc. Have fun!

PERFORM PER ROUND:

  • 50 sec – Walking Lunges
  • 40 sec – High Knees
  • 30 sec  – Crunches
  • 20 sec – Mountain Climbers
  • 10 sec – Push-ups

Rest 1 minute between rounds

NUMBER OF ROUNDS:

  • Beginner – 3
  • Intermediate – 5
  • Advanced – 7
