Today’s HIIT workout is going to keep your body guessing. Each round is 2:30 minutes long then you get a 1 minute break. Then repeat, repeat, etc. Have fun!
PERFORM PER ROUND:
- 50 sec – Walking Lunges
- 40 sec – High Knees
- 30 sec – Crunches
- 20 sec – Mountain Climbers
- 10 sec – Push-ups
Rest 1 minute between rounds
NUMBER OF ROUNDS:
- Beginner – 3
- Intermediate – 5
- Advanced – 7
